When I ask for clarification on a suspended account should I not at least be given proof and records or at least be answered be real person and not a bot? I have done nothing to earn my suspension and have never received one before. Sure I might respond to others after being harassed half a game, but it had not be in excess.
I’ve never received a suspension before and got one out of the blue and its for more than 2 weeks! 16 days in fact, without any response from a game master other than an automated response saying its just and for how long.

I see nothing wrong with using automation to try and filter out some of the most egregious violations before they go out of control, I also have no problem with auotmated suspensions, but when a Game Master upholds an account action without any justification or proof of wrongdoing I take issue with that.
All account actions should be backed up with verifiable evidence of wrongdoing, if none is found, the action should be overturned.
I got banned for being so enthusiastic about a certain starcraft character (NOVA!!!) in this forum…i feel like blizzard just doesn’t care for their true fan base anymore
i was silenced for 24 hrs one year ago. it as after i first started HotS and didnt understand the rules. i would get mad and call people names in chat during QM games because they were afking or intentionally dying, etc.
after that i never got any penalty. but one month ago i got a two week suspension for abusive chat. i probably deserved it. not because i am some hateful troll, but because i get angry when people ruin games, and i call them out on it. Anyway, just before my suspension i remember playing a TL match with a group of 4 players who were all in party chat together, eg. they were buddies playing together. And they made horrible draft bans, and terrible plays the match. they played so badly i said something in chat like, “you guys might be the worst players i have ever seen”. then they started attacking me, and i argued back, yadda, yadda, yadda. then the next day i login and it says two week suspension, and the email said multiple players reported me for abusive chat.
so, it looks like you can go from a 24hr silence one year ago directly to a two week suspension.
This seems to be per the norm for Activision Blizzard now and it is absolutely disappointing. In the past, game companies kept logs and even publicly embarrassed the people who asked why they were banned on the forum, flat out stating why they were to everyone else. But now, they won’t even give you a reason.
Remember Destiny 2’s early mass ban debacle that went so bad that they ended up having to unban an unspecified number of accounts afterwards? Since then they haven’t even been willing to admit wrongdoing anymore and just left everyone permabanned for no reason.
This is exactly why I screenshot conversations with people (100% of the time toxic people) who I suspect will false report me for setting a base for my argument. I one met a Kael’Thas who blew off on me for not saving him from his death at the hands of Arthas. I replied with “How can a hero with no CC or Heals save one him his/her own stupidity?” (I was playing as Tracer; Kael’Thas overextended) It was at this moment he spammed unnecessary words and would apparently report me with no further explanation as to why.
Edit: Just checked the screenshot. I was witnessing Kael’Thas overextending and he ranted at Tracer for not saving him.
