Your account is new, with unknown mmr. Doesnt matter what you do, you are going to place low on a new account. If you played with masters in a party and won all 10 that doesnt mean you get masters, you will still place low. You have to grind your rank in this game.
I did the same as you, new account, hit ranked as soon as i got to LV 50. Won 9 of 10 placements. 1st placement was in bronze 4, after completing 10 i placed silver 5. Its better than people placing gold or platnum on new accounts. I still moved nearly an entire rank up in 10 placements.

Ur still in placements right? Finish ur placements first and then you’ll see your Ranking, then grind ur butt up to GM.

You aware it affects the entire Silver-Gold roster, right?
If the game thinks that a Platinum-worthy newbie is actually low Silver, we might as well just ditch matchmaking and put Platinums and Silvers (and GM #1) into the same match, just because it’s unreliable anyway.
At least we wouldn’t have queue time issues anymore. 10 players queued, match ready.
When you watch top GM streams it sometimes is very hard to doubt they are not paired with silvers plat or even below already

How strong others are changes how strong someone else looks.
A gold player that gets owned by masters would probably look like a bronze player while he would definitely shine against real bronze players? And that was your problem. You placed too soon. Optimum placement occurs once your QM win rate approaches closer to 50%. 71% shows your MMR was still far too below your skill level, hence the Bronze teammates.
