So I was playing stitches and was trying to escape a Fenix from chasing me down and so I activated Shambling horror to not be slowed. However Fenix picked a level 4 talent “Target Aquired” Which gives him 10% more movement speed per autoattack on slowed heroes stacking up to 4 times to 40%. He was hitting me and still gaining movement speed despite no other heroes being able to give him bonus speed and I was at 110% movespeed from Shambling Horror. He still gained movement speed from hitting me despite not being slowed by him.
