Stat issue in Heroes of the Storm

Hi Heroes of the Storm Dev Team,

I noticed that following a complete factory reset of my computer (which is the only one that I access this account from) that stats that have been displayed prior to the reset have all gone missing. As in, it seems that my account got a sudden memory loss of all the games I played, how many games I played with individual heroes in the game etc. I have no idea how this has come to be, and after asking my friends to log onto their own Blizzard accounts and checking my stats in Heroes of the Storm, it is completely visible to them in every facet.

I can still see my heroes’ levels in the game, but how many games and how many kills and a vast amount of data seems to have gone completely missing.

To clarify: Yes, I have checked whether or not it was the right account and if it was the right region I launched the game on. Nothing has changed in that regard. My Sylvanas is still level 60, it just says that I have 2 lost games on there with her (from my end) and I have well over 400 games with her if I ask my friend.

That rules out the possibility of you being logged into the wrong server, since your friends see your stats.

The game has simply unchecked all the filters lists for you after you reseted your computer. Select lifetime, tick all the checkboxes for all modes and you’ll see the stats again.
(Don’t mind the Brawl option below, it’s replaced with ARAM now)

This is a pretty common report that pops up every week or so. It can frequently happen after a reinstall or computer factory reset.
