Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t you say:
If you’re going to shift the goal post and say why don’t they have shields like Fenix, well that’s easy. It’s a design choice, to make each hero stand out and feel unique - after all, HoTs is a moba, not an RTS.

All of them have a baseline shield ability minus zera, last I checked her could pick a talent for that.
