I saw the trailer for it but it doesn’t mention the release date. It looks like a Halloween theme event but September seems a little early for that. However Blizzard seems to be not releasing teasers to early in advance so I was just wondering when it starts.
Arrgh, me best guess matey is that it be coming next week a long at the same time as the ptr be going live!

The PTR ends “the week of September 23d”, so my guess is the event starts on tuesday 24th.
Also, the free Legendary Scarlet Heist Chest promotion ends on october 22nd, so I guess that’s also when the event ends (not that you asked that 
)
