The way to counter this comp (I believe it’s called Juice Pirates) is simple - Kill the enemy team. THEN immediately push for their forts. Repeat.
Do NOT lane. Do NOT take mercs. Do NOT do objectives. It’s a race to the core. Kill them, smash into their forts. When they respawn, head back to base/core. Kill them, immediately go for keep. 3rd time, do the same thing, except finish off their core now.
and yeah i dont know what pirates op played against, but in the original cheese you don’t do objectives after 10… you fly in repeatedly into their most damaged lane until you’ve brought down the forts and keeps, then their core
when you respawn, you ignore whatever is going on and instantly fly back in
its a race to the core
EDIT: As others have written above, it is a race to the core.
How to win against the enemy who plays “Backdoor Morales + Tyrael” in five points:
At the draft stage, try to block: Tyrael / Morales
Choose Zeratul or Medivh + heros with very strong CC and DMG
You must play aggressively in early game. Try to push the alleys as hard as possible, or kills. You must have an advantage in early game. This is needed to counterattack in mid / late game.
When the enemy is level 10, watch them. When they try to enter the medivac, you can destroy it before it flies away. If you can’t watch your enemies, watch the chat window. When Morales uses Medivac, everyone can see the text in the chat. You all have to go back to the base.
3.a. If you destroyed Medivac, you must now win TF. See point 4.
TF. Attack them, force them to use Sanctification - now, use the Ley Line Seal, or Void Prison. When the effect of stasis and sanctification is over, use all your CC and DMG, kill them.
Ironically Sylvanas is one of the better counters to that strategy. Morales Cheese thrives on your team being too busy reacting to make any actual progress, leaving them free to go all-out on your buildings. Don’t overcommit to defending, also tear down a building yourselves in the meantime (or after you kill them). Set up your own pushes (with or without objectives) so they can’t afford to ignore their own base.
