We could maybe do the same with Qhira’s Booming Kick at 16
Maybe replace Booming Kick with an option that isn’t related to REvolving Sweep at all
A few ideas for that include
Overcharged Poison: When Blood rage is activated target takes additional damage eqaul to 0.5% of their health,
Additionally every third tick of poison deals damage equal to 0.4% of their health per stack of blood rae.
Last moments: If Grappling Hook or Revolving Sweep hits a target below 50% health Qhira’s abilities recharge 25% faster for 4 seconds, this doesn ot stack
Call of the Crystal: Active 40 second cooldown
Qhira gains 45% move speed for 4 seconds
Just random ideas really point is I think it’s a good option if Booming Kick gets the Fishing HOok treatment and I would REALLY love if the talent that replaces Booming Kick wasn’t connected to. REvolving Sweep altogether

It’s a slippery slope, I tell you. The “Well alot of heroes pick it, so we just made it baseline.” Where does it end?
Can Kerrigan just get 3 charges of ravage when she reaches level 7 since everyone takes boundless fury?
Can Lucio just get permanent 15 armor when wallriding when he hits level 13?
Can Imperius get Flash of Anger for free when he hits 7?
Can Diablo get Domination for free when he hits level 16?
The answer to all these questions should be no, and it should also be a ‘no’ to stitches too.
Stitches always had a hard choice to make on 13. Either get more hooks with a longer range, or make fewer hooks with shorter range but get more benefits when you do land them (self-healing and whatnot).
Now Stitches gets a MASSIVE powerspike on 13, and since everyone takes meathook, Stitches essentially gets 40% range AND a super heal on his hook at 13 since you no longer have to decide what’s best for the situation.
It’s so freakin dumb.

The last balance patch was 10 months. She’s due.
I’d see buffs for her W build, Ensnaring Swing, Pulsing Pain and shorter CD on Final Strike. That’s about it.
Edit: By the way, why don’t you take Siphoning Link with your AA build?
You’re missing the passive key value: Qhira heals for 20% of her damage dealt by Basic Attacks.

I don’t think there are similarities with that and Stitches’ fishing hook though.

THe Swing talents suffer from an inherent problem that no buffs could fix that being that to get value from them you need to stay attached, unless the enemy have literally no dashes orCleanse of any kind there are going to b some times where you have to just reactivate instnatly getting no talent value out of a talent connected to what’s already a 16 CD ability
And final Strike I think is fine to be honest maybe a buff to Potential Unleashed to make it compete iwth NO Sanctuary without things aligning that’s about it.
Because in my experience the only time that healing is even worth a damn is when you’ve activated Finishing Touch’s attack speed buff, and by that point Healmonger is also activating.
If that talent was balanced with the Passive as the primary so it healed like 40% and there wasn’t a secondary effect then I’d look at it but as it stands Healmonger still does more in my experience.
Booming Kick is at least 1/3 the reason Qhira has any relvance at all, being able to set up wombo combo’s with the massive multi stun on BOoming Kick.
Same with Fishing HOok, you pick Stitches for displacement and Fishing HOok is intrinsic to that, Booming Kick is the same for Qhira

If you’re playing Qhira in a blowup comp, you might as well pick “Lingering ailment”
It’s not for blowup it’s for wombo combo’s, 1 second stun on what is usually at least 2 people and up to all 5, you set up for combo’s like Curshing Jaws Ring of Frost etc etc etc.
Which is the main reason that Booming Kick has an 80% pickrate

It helps her on the PvE aspect while the others are exclusively focus on PvP. It’s just easy and consistent value, although it gives less oomph during team fights.
On any target, it would boost your health regen from 4.168 to 28.168 every time you AA.
You should at least try it a bit. [T3331311,Qhira] is the best build since awhile now in dia+
Who picks that?!
It just needs nerfs.
Overpowering Nightmare: laughs
No, he HAD to pick it.

If you actually take the time to formulate your argument into sentences/paragraphs and address the whole of my post instead of just the points of contention, I’ll engage with you. Otherwise, I’m not debating with someone who is too lazy and incompetent to formulate a cohesive argument.

And hes still weak
20 char
yep as OrangeJuice said its a slippy slope to start granting talents.
like maybe at 7 all Garrosh players should get Into the Fray?
maybe at 13 Malfurion gets his self-buff Innervate talent?

I’ve never taken innervate talents on malf. It isn’t mandatory at all
Kt globe quest is basically mandatory though.
Not to sound snarky but if you’re drafting Qhira for PVE you ducked up horribly, half the problem with drafting her is literally that you need at least one hero who can REALLY pick up the slack she’ll create on that front
I’ll spend some time testing it for myself but I’m not convinced as of yet.
Into the fray I can see getting the same treatment given it’s literally half of the reason you pick Garrosh at all.
Innnervate though is not mandatory, the point is if the talent is so intrinsic you take it because it’s literally most of the reason you draft them (like Fishing Hook and Booming Kick) htat’s when we should consider making it baseline
This isn’t the first time this was done, we’ve already done this once before with Zul’jin, Amani Rage active used to be a talent now the buff is a talent. And the ability is baseline.

It’s not for better waveclear, but for independent self sustain. Like, you don’t have to constantly brawl to get your health up.
The credit goes to heroeprofile with the talent build section.
The only variance are her lvl 16, if you want a better single target, more protection or more AoE. No Sanctuary hasn’t been tested much, but it could work.
Godspeed.
No sanctuary is the go to if you took Final Strike because if you can’t get the kills for the ability reset on Potential Unleashed, all you lose is 5% ultimate damage and you gain everything esle on No Sanct, move speed included.
well we’ve seen talents go baseline and skills given from talents go baseline,
but this is the first time we’ve ever had a talent getting auto granted at a specific level.
as if the talent is still there but you just get to pick another one along side it.
it funny that the devs can’t decide what to do with hook,
i remember his original hook being long range by default, and fishing hook making it extreme range,
and then fishing hook was removed,
and then base range was nerfed and fishing hook was readded,
and now fishing hook is being given for free at 13

I think the biggest thing about hook was in the early game it was too good a ganking tool and now Fishing HOok made it take longer so by the time you got it it couldn’t be used on already isolated targets as easy
It’s the same thing you see in heroes with baseline quests like Muradin, Jaina and similar only they decided “we want this balanced around 13 extactly rather then depending on XYZ”
Which I agree with given the alternative is Muradins quest… urgh
Im ok with all of this if Artanis gets his shield at low hp talent at 4 baseline
