Since noone's gonna look at the technical support page

Since I dont think anyone’s gonna look at the technical support page… ill post it here

I’ve come back to heroes after some time, but it wont let me play ranked, it says i dont have access to the shop or some error like that.
In the heroes menu on QM, i can only see my unlocked heroes.
In the collections tab, i can only see my unlocked skins and cosmetics.
And in the ranked tab, it doesnt let me queue up, because i dont have access to the shop.
Please help?
