Shared experience is counterproductive

MMR based MM is what caused the problem in the first place though, forcing team averages ? = sure, maybe in Plat or Dia where 10% of playerbase total plays, but down at Silver/Gold there is 35% of total playerbase EACH can you imagine how “forcing equal averages/totals” per team look like ?
