The screen shakes when you hold ‘Space’ to focus on your character while mounted
In options you can turn screen shakes off. Try and see it that helps.
I always had this problem even without being mounted or with Disable Screen Shake Option.
I thought holding space would lock the camera on your hero. So there is a bug when mounted the screen would shake?
I only experienced this when I played Lunara. Those hippity-hoppities…

Weird. Only happens in replays for me.
I think it is based on refresh rate and the poll speed of user input.
If you want to lock your camera to your hero press L which turns on camera lock. Pressing L again will disable it.
