Samuro’s 7lv talent Phantom Pain grants 35% bonus dmg to Critical Strike(W) for each Mirror Image(Q) summoned.
But if you choose PP(Phantom Pain) talent while your mirror images are already summoned, PP permanently grants additional bonus dmg to Critical Strike regardless of the number of Mirror Images you currently have. That means, PP’s +70% bonus dmg is applied when you don’t have any Mirror Images.
Plus, it give you another +70% bonus dmg for each Mirror Image you have, so bugged bonus dmg becomes +140% of base attack.
