When you’re putting words in my mouth, twisting my points on purpose, of course it becomes I’m right you’re wrong.

Am I trying to punish everyone who wants to stack or in some occasion when it does happen? Both are mutually exclusive, yet, your arguing both points, hence it becomes I’m right you’re wrong.

Your focus is so much on 5-stack you don’t seeme to consider the opposite end. Who would you say is in the punishment category? 5-stacks with much higher team MMR, better comp, coordination, who might not get the winrate/MMR increase from win (because they happened to match against much lower team MMR enemy), or 5 players, however the mix (duo+3 solo, duo+trio, 5 solos) with much lower team MMR, less than optimal comp, less coordination who might get the lost? When the occasion does happen, my moral compass would always point the latter as being in the punishment category.

I’m not the one who’s saying it never happens. You are. But the fact is, it clearly happens so.

Problem with these extreme cases is that, it happened because there were no better enemies to make enemy team of in the time of the game. Pushing them higher will not help the situation. Anyhow,

My point/suggestion was to make it consistent, no win record for the winning team, no lost record for the losing team. If that inconsistency doesn’t cause any discrepancy, frankly, I care less of how it’s done. If there is to surface any discrepancy, whether regarding data collection or whatever, I still would argue to make it consistent to reduce confusion.

No, I’m not. That was always your assumption on the matter, never my take, neither said nor implied. I never mentioned Rank for a reason (always ‘high MMR difference’).

Are you assuming it happens often again in this? Make up your mind. Does it happen often or does it not? I’m one of the person who thinks it doesn’t happen often (that often, anyway). You’re blowing everything out of proportion, I just don’t think it’s gonna have any huge effect on who each players face, just the satisfaction by some players who might feel less bad when crap hits the fan.

I’m pretty sure the low end of the stick group would prefer my suggestion over yours. Lose more, so they can advance faster, you lower so that you don’t face them again. If only. They would likely get matched again in their short playtime (at least that’s what anecdotal evidence suggests, which is more than you would have).

How about solo que players leaving the game? :rofl::rofl:. I guarantee that 5-stacks will not suddenly leave nor stop 5-stacking just because what I suggested is implemented. There is much higher chance that solo que players will leave.

Theories say that he might just be visiting Dumbledore, since he was his teacher before Newt was expelled. He could also be trying to free Buckbeak.

I don’t think he is a ghost there, since wizards can live longer than humans. It’s just probably an easter egg though.

I got a 1 day boost, I lost every match since, because there is my engagement.
(Also, I have 19 SL wins so that’s another factor, surely I want that epic chest enough.)

On that note, when the hat in SL plays healer, the entire team should get, I don’t know. A rating penalty makes them win.

Albeit after three losses I’m not that happy anymore, I figured that decay is disruptive. I ultimately play for the wins so I’m happy to lose 1050 points with three losses, and thus force a 60-70% winrate, but it also means that returning players normally push the ranks down (warmup losses), which totally increases the randomness and the global rank decay, slowly but steadily compressing the entire playerbase to Bronze 5. (In such a match, there is a net loss of points. Either I climb back, pushing others down, or I gradually become lower ranked myself despite no change in skill, alongside everyone else.)

I wish I had a time machine because I swear that it was easier to be a plat four years ago than it is to maintain silver today. Even though I’m actually playing with plats in QM. But feelings are just feelings.

My recent in game experience has been horrible so I’m taking a longer break once again in fear of having my account permabanned, hopefully the reports will evaporate in a month’s time. Such a fantastic system.

Was floating an ~65% wr in QM

next 20 games I’m matched with people with sub 30% winrates, such as whitemanes with 15k healing in 17 minutes or zagara/jainas with 12 deaths in 15 minute games

KT that face check everything he can face check. Azmo wo think he is a tank and Vikings that took zero camps for 25 min. Just an ordinarry game againts a 4 stack with superior comp.
