The matchmaker has it’s problems, mostly stemming due to playerbase.
But this really is a scenario where there isn’t a good solution that doesn’t feel like handholding to the new person.
(if they say they’re a noob/newbie with a new account, there are 3 different levels of experience with Moba’s that it uses to try to put you into some tutorials/against/AI/etc. But people can bypass that. and enforcing it where everyone is assumed to know nothing will result in people dropping the game right there).
I really don’t know how to fix it. Although I am sure that there are ways to improvement how to fit new accounts/players into PvP games.
I do. Make hots known to the world so there are more than 20 players online on servers like australia (sadly, this is not a joke). Spend money on ad campaigning.
The matchmaking is awful but if I was forced to program it I couldn’t do any better with the player pools this game has. Except maybe on Europe which has a decent number of players.
AFKers should be removed from the game. Nazeebo didn’t even pick a talent after level 7 because he apparently decided that after 5 min he could predict the outcome of the match. Well, he did, the team lost - but it’s because of him.
Damn, we destroyed them. But who would pick pyroblast into Medivh + Kharazim?
Had literally the same experience with kharazim. Im not sure why people who instalock bruisers/assassins should get a say on which healer they get rofl.
It must be a US/South American thing to say that as i never see people tell others to kill themself in chat on EU. I only had it once in a brawl. US server must be filled with keyboard warrior kids these days as its like the 4-5 post i see from you now were you tell us someone said that now.
Maybe you should just do what i do now. Turn chat off. No need to experience ths s…t everyday because you get a spoiled kid on the team that think he owns the internet and think he can sit behind a computer and say whatever he wants.
Had a player that blamed me for feeding but both teams were on the same level.
I admit I had the most deaths @ 4 at the start. But as the game progresses, my death toll slowed down and the other player kept saying “report, noob”, being very salty and insulting me all game.
We won, end of the game, he had higher deaths than me. He didn’t say anything.
I play on EU and its not common but you do get a few toxic kids, had one say he hopes I get cancer the other day. Can’t actually remember why, I don’t think the game was even going that badly, we might have actually been winning…
This kind of behaviour is the only one I would report immediatly, when I see it I make no jokes around that. But yeah I agree that I also see this rarely on EU. While things like “noob or bad” is just common rage in the moba scene I wouldn’t pay much attention.
I think those people who says such things must be people who themself have life problems or dont respect other people or just think they are cool on the internet while hiding behind a screen. I bet face to face none of them cant get themself to say those words.
Dear Sylvanas players in SL, you aren’t a specialist any more, so let our solo laner handle the solo lane. And Mind Control? Really? Yes, we absolutely want the nano-boosted TS Malthael in the middle of our team. Especially since everyone knows you will get no value silencing the enemy Li-Ming, either.
