When will we be getting a Rock n’ Roll Racing character?
This game has gone years without any representation of this barely remembe–forgotten. Barely forgotten game which started everyone onto the path of enjoying Blizzard IP.
Why haven’t we seen a racer from the game!
Besides all the stuff like, not being very popular, not having a core kit, uh. and yeah that kinda stuff.
My first Blizzard game was The Lost Vikings. Maybe it’s best they keep them as the only “classic” hero(es). Although, I wouldn’t be opposed to a race track map. Could have some fun mechanics.
I’d rather that wasn’t the case, and they do add at least another 2 (Blackthorne and RnR Racer).
Blackthorne in particular, was the first game they released after changing their name to Blizzard, so it’s kind of a milestone. That’s one reason why I think adding the protagonist would make sense.
But also Rock 'n Roll Racing. I might be mistaken, but I think out of the three smaller franchises (TLV, Blackthorne, RnRR), it’s the one that most earns being called “a classic”.
That is to say, I think it is/was way more popular than the other two (but again, I could be wrong)
I played Rock’n’Roll Racing a lot in my childhood. By myself and 2p with friends. Loved that game! Tried to find out what songs were used in the soundtrack, which was kind of hard before internet. I’d love to see a hero from that game. A map, an announcer and any other mentions are also welcome.
