No one wants to play them - or at least no one on my team ever seems to want to.
Shame.
Garrosh is awesome (poor Butchers).
2 Muradins vs Hammer yday, so obliterated.
Current one is bit worse for Diablo, but overall, awesome.
10k+ hp Stitches.
Anyway, no.
I mean, you could always pick a tank if you have one available. Personally, I much prefer playing a tank in ARAM, especially one like ETC. It is so much easier to set up a Mosh Pit wombo when they are already fairly grouped up. Tour Bus at 20 is almost unfair.
I don’t want to play them, either. If I did, I wouldn’t be going out of my way to suggest they remove them. Tanking is damn boring. I don’t blame anyone for not wanting to play it.
Why would you be so selfish as to ruin the pleasure of those of us who do enjoy tanking, though?
Poke, sustain, and scaling are just so valuable that it’s sometimes better to not pick a tank. Some of them are more competitive than others.
That’s an odd way to spell “The Lost Vikings.”
because there’s not enough of you.
I enjoy tanking and am always pleased when a decent ARAM tank shows up in my lineup of choices. Without tanks I’d play it a lot less.
If you want all assassins, just play QM. ARAM is great for tanks because they’re most impactful during teamfights.
right, but somehow it’s always my team that doesn’t pick one.
If I get a chance to be Blaze, Diablo or Stitches I love it. Every time.
But that is just as much your fault as it is the rest of your team’s. Rather than ruining ARAM for people like me, a better idea is when you do have someone pick a tank, and are good at it, send them a tell and see if they want to play more together. If you get along well, add them to your friends list, so you always have at least one person on your team willing to tank.
I love this so much lol
So the logical answer is to remove tanks instead of having dumb arams players pick one if they want to win.
Amazing.

It’s still random, though - whether I team with someone or not. If (just guessing) 90% of the people who get tanks don’t like to play them, is it really their fault, or is it the fault of the 10% who do?
Also, you can’t send people tells in ARAM, because there is no score screen.
Oh… how accurate… Especially with the recent changes… I’m honestly sick of seeing oil all over the place as of late.
Wait, are you really blaming the people who are actually willing to tank? It is absolutely the fault of the 5 people who all chose not to tank if you don’t have a tank. Besides, you can be successful with frontline heroes that aren’t tanks, such as Uther, Zarya, or most of the bruisers. Heck, I have won an ARAM playing main tank Murky.
Some ARAMs have them, some do not. Most of the time you can use the score screen, other times you can make a note of their screen name, and /w them manually. At this point, it is starting to sound like not only are you not willing to tank, but are not willing to use other methods to up the odds you will have one, just so you can punish those of us who do enjoy it.
Because you never pick it.
There are five members on both teams. 5x chance to pick a Tank.
But on your team, it’s 4x because you never take it. Making your team’s chances to be tankless higher and more frequent than for the enemy.
