I have a couple of small suggestions to his talents:
1- Combine wolf run and feral heart into one talent at level 1 or 4 and revert back to passive bonus mana regeneration
2- Move Earthliving enchant to level 1 or 4
3- Revert Earth shield back to 15% of target’s maximum health
4- new talent at 13: Secret ritual totem: Enemies affected by the totem have their spell power reduced by 40% while allies in the vicinity of totem gain 30 Armor including the totem itself
5- Remove rewind and introduce a new talent at 20 that makes Rehgar feel more bruisy, enshrouded by elements: while in ghost form Rehgar accumelates a shield equal to 5% of his maximum health every second up to 35% which lasts indefinitely. Additionally when Rehgar gets stunned, rooted or silenced he gains 30 armor for 3 seconds
Couple things:
1 wolf run doesn’t need buffs.
2 this talent should just be removed tbh
3 nah doesn’t need buffs
4 numbers are op but i love the concept. Totem giving armor makes a ton of sense for his 13 tier.
5 agreed rewind is unnecessary with his kit. I could see some variation of this talent idea being good.
Feral heart isn’t so appealing on its own, neither is wolf run , combining them into one will make a strong delicious talent for rotational healer style
I never liked it , suggest a replacement if you feel like it
It was nerfed because Rehgar was meta but it is undertuned , it won’t hurt I think
4 & 5 numbers could seem OP but I think it won’t hurt testing them like this first
Statistically wolf run is fine both in pickrate and winrate. Its great on larger maps. As for mana talent meh. No idea how they could buff it.
I liked your totem armor idea that would be a good replacement.
Shield has a 75% pickrate and a good winrate. Buffs are unnecessary.
They are good in pick rates because you got to pick a talent, but some of them feel under tuned numbers wise

Wolf Run is a good talent.
The movespeed and the cdr both help his playstyle. It increases his dps and mobility.
He becomes harder to chase down, can go 8n and put more frequently.
Is busted.
First, Rehgar can already lower AA dps, I don’t think he should be able to do the same to spells too. That’s widening his niche.
Second, don’t you think that SP debuff and Armor buff is overkill? Both do the same: the enemy deals less dmg.
The next time they touch Rehgar it’s gonna be a nerf with slight buffs in other areas to compensate.
Rehgar is in a great spot right now and if you’re not doing good as him it’s because you’re playing QM or just don’t understand how to utilize him. He’s a lot like Khara in that you need to weave in and out of fights to keep up your damage but not stick around long enough to take too much in return. If you’re not being aggressive as Rehgar then you really can’t do much because Chain Heal will burn through your mana before you get talents for it and his abilities really only do anything when they’re being used in the thick of a fight.
His early game can feel a bit weak but his talents already more than make up for it.
I’ve seen a GM who played basically nothing aside from Rehgar and Lucio in ranked.
So you want him to be unkillable any time he presses Z?
Funny thing is this talent would still get skipped over in more coordinated teams because Rehgar doesn’t need more sustain like this, you want more utility that helps your team or BL upgrade.
What do you want to see done with Rehgar anyways? If you want to slap armor on everyone then play Uther.
I liked to put it that way to entice brain storming , it is overkill against spells but the armor will reduce auto attack damage as well plus the attack speed reduction at 7 and we have the potential to build for a threatning Totem build that can’t be ignored, if it proves to be over powered in play testing it can be nerfe easily.
It’s an okay talent and I like to use it but I rarely can prefer it to others so I believe it needs to be a bit better, same goes for feral heart
I want him to fulfill his fantasy from warcraft lore by having a talent at level 20 that beefs him up to a bruiser level if the player calls for it.

Earthshield is overrated because it doesnt benified squichys that much.
Big disagree. If you’re talking about ccl i cannot comment but earth shield is king of masters/diamond sl. Its got something like a 70%+ pickrate and a consistently good winrate. The 12% is necessary in order to land ancestral healings which can simultaneously heal the target for decent value and go off before they die. Its good for baiting dmg and it normally goes on tank who gets into most trouble. Giving yourself 12% extra health can also be valuable. If im up against lots of poke i go for cdr on q.
The heal over time isnt too beneficial on a squishy if they’re being focused. I pick it with zuljin sometimes. Other times they’re either going to die before the healing kicks in (so shield would be move) or they’re safe and the q cdr would get more value.
HoT for Q is very good with fat tanks, what are hard to heal, like full souls Diablo/Stiches.
Interesting. I kinda agree with this. Especially for stitches because he has enough burst healing and sustain is powerful. I rarely pick rehgar with him because he just doesn’t have the hard cc to compliment stitches. That being said the shield is still better most of the time just to negate burst damage.

If you filter by masters only the HoT drops to 2% and earth shield rises to 80%+ pickrate.
