My Rank won’t go beyond 5. I am only getting 18 points a win and its not moving.
I am playing with other Bronzes who are earning 500 points a game but my account won’t budge even though we’re all in the same area

I feel you. Making everyone have enjoyable experience regardless of the league is our goal. This was brought up and we planned some work for it, but we couldn’t get to this portion of Ranked Update in time. I am sorry to hear that your experience in this season was suboptimal.
We have some ideas to try out. Mainly we want everyone feel like they’re progressing at the meaningful rates regardless where your’re at. In order to do it, we probably need to map the MMR range of the Bronze …
Not a bug. It’s a feature. They’re working on changing it however. Currently some players have an MMR below Bronze 5 which means they have to win a lot of games to catch up to actual Bronze 5 (which is not fun or rewarding).
