I thought I owned brightwing but after writing this post it appears he is not owned. He was not taken or banned but was locked out so I could not choose him. I then went to select Rehgar and was somehow locked into Malfurion who I had no intention of playing. The team was puzzled and suggested I had a bug. We lost the match.
