Explosive rune does not deal damage to structures.
If you wanna drop a meteor shower on a building, thats totally cool but use rune on a hero or a wave of minions or something. c:

Ragnaros doesn’t have any talents or abilities called explosive runes

molten core? that one ability that’s LITERALLY a rune that explodes? should be obvious since you checked TALENTS so missing an entire ability is difficult
