I am writing to call attention to a critical issue that is ruining the Quick Match experience. The current matchmaking system regularly forces solo players and small groups to face fully coordinated 5-stack premades. This setup heavily penalizes uncoordinated teams, essentially serving them up for easy wins and creating a deeply unfair environment that alienates the remaining player base.
The matchmaking algorithm needs an immediate fix. 5-stack groups should only play against other 5-stacks. The integrity of a fair match must outweigh fast queue times for large, coordinated groups looking to game the system. Please update the matchmaking rules to separate 5-stacks from the general queue and protect the solo player experience.
