To the Heroes of the Storm Team,
I am writing to report a systemic issue that is severely damaging the Quick Match experience. The current matchmaking algorithm consistently pits solo players and small groups against coordinated, exploiting 5-stack premades. This creates an incredibly unbalanced environment where uncoordinated teams of randoms are simply being farmed for easy wins. It is completely unfair and actively drives the remaining player base away from the game. Matchmaking needs to be fixed. 5-stack premade groups should only be matched against other 5-stack premades. The integrity of a fair match must take priority over fast queue times for groups looking to exploit the system. Please adjust the matchmaking rules to quarantine 5-stacks and protect the solo queue experience.
