People is queueing as Flexible and then they pick what they want!!! They have no codes!!!
I queue es range and melee assassin and I had to wait a lot to play!!! Why do I have to go through this? Where is the punishment???
the assassin-only player is whining about other players not always picking tank / healer for him

What do you mean by codes? Preferred role is not an obligation. And if they see an enemy pick that they can counter pick, there’s nothing wrong with their choices.
If you want to play assassin no matter what, why do you go into a draft mode?
They have no codes of conduct. If i queue as flexible I pick hero according to the situation, but if I want to play something in specific and I wait more to play what I want, why it matches me with people that queues as flexible but they pick lock what they want without consider the rest of the team?
Should I do the same then? Just do what I want?
do whatever you think is going to win bro. maybe even try picking a non-assassin once in awhile.
If you want to play something specific, then draft is not the mode for you. That’s the opposite of drafting.
Why don’t you just play Quick Match and use whatever hero you want?
Flex doesn’t mean that the person will pick whatever other players want them to pick. It means they don’t have a single preferred role.
I mean, you say they don’t consider the rest of the team, but you don’t want to change your pick either.
I think I get why you are confused.
Preferred roles do NOT have any effect on Matchmaking, they waited just as long as you.
Also Flex doesn’t mean they are your b**** and must fill for YOU.

You don’t wait more if you are assassin or flexible. Same waiting time.
I never saw a “perfect” team in draft on the preferred role.
I can see 3 healer sometimes, and sometimes 2 tanks, 2 bruiser and 1 flexible. It doesnt mean anything.
Fact is pref roles are not taken into matchmaking, being flexible just means they don’t have a pref role or is going to one-trick, doesn’t mean you can pick assassin and whine about them not tanking/healing for you. Unless the player specifically typed “I will fill whatever we need”, you have NO right to judge their picks based on their pref roles. Plus, if you can only pick assassins and decide to queue ranked, then you probably deserve to lose. There’s barely any diamond+ players that can only play one role.
