So, in a recent interview you say that when you read on reddit, or on the forums that some hero is over/underpowered, you go to check their win rate in high ranking SL games, before deciding whether to do anything about the said hero or not.
However, I was wondering if there are any heroes, who are significantly under/overperforming in QM/UR/low ranked SL, but are well balanced in high ranked SL games? (I suspect there are a some heroes who are like that. Medivh and Maiev come to mind right away)
How do you approach such heroes? Do you reduce/rise their skill floor and skill ceiling (like with Tracer and Cassia in last patch), or do you just let them be the way they are?
