Had Bruiser/Tank quest, Healer/Support quest and Play as an Overwatch Hero quest. Played 1 ranked match as Jaina and the next match as Artanis. I received credit for my Bruiser quest but it also automatically completed the Healer/Support and Overwatch quests despite not playing as a hero that belongs to either category.

this is actually not a bug but intended. Unranked Draft and Ranked games give credit to every of those quest, regardless of what class or universe you play. Blizzard wanted to make it easier to complete quest in these modes, since you don’t always have a choice to pick a certain class or a character of a certain universe you would need for the quest.

You’ll notice an addendum that notes what Thylacinus mentions if you hover your quest log while waiting in queue for the draft modes.

It’s rather annoying for the purpose of trying to take specific quests out of the pool to try and get the Win 3 and Play 8 games quests. Ever since they diversified the classes to be more specific I was hoping Blizz would expand the quest log to 4. Even before that actually when they added Overwatch heroes given how few of them there were and still are I’d rather there wasn’t an Overwatch quest in the game yet. I really don’t play them or do that quest. Obviously I haven’t played ranked in awhile, but the the state of pugs in QM makes it feel like ranked is the only place to get a good match.
