Not enough players so that’s not a bug. I also frequently have 20+ mins
I once even got an aram with only 8 bots and 1 other player besides me. After I waited 10 mins. So there was literally nobody but me queing for a very long time.
My highest wait so far was 45 mins in storm league, then it finally found 9 others near my rank to start the match.
What region/ rank? I’m at low masters on EU and find SL matches in less than 2 minutes usually. Longest queue in the past few months was like 10 minutes.
I’m in Diamond on US server.
