Quality of games have so drastically dropped on my smurfs

These people are worse than noobs. They have yet to go to a single objective. They seek laning opportunities that are across the map, and they die before they even get there.

Duh

When they dropped that announcement they completely killed off their competitive playerbase. They will not return, they have no reason to support a game that has zero competitive future. All that’s left is the filth and the worthless.

I’m just waiting till new years to see if they actually do plan on doing anything with this game that will make it grow competitively. if not, i’m out.

I will say I am continually surprised by players that:

-Do not pick up regeneration globes. Literally, they just watch it go away.
-Do not hearth before an objective when at <50% health or mana.
-Run around the map at <50% health.
-Fight in front of enemy forts, without a minion wave.
-Fight for absolutely no reason when there are things to be accomplished on the map (camps, lanes, siege a fort).
-Fight outnumbered.
-Fight into level 10, without our level 10.

If there were actual player education in this game that would teach players these basic things, I think the quality of our games would increase significantly.

Instead the tutorial is some “Well met” meme with Uther. It’s more of a video game than an actual tutorial. It’s like The Campaign for HotS. Pick the wrong talents (which if you hover over the talents, the tooltip blocks the ‘Recommended’ icon), then you have to redo the tutorial. It’s an absolutely absurd tutorial.

How about you stop smurfing and ruin everybodies games? Then you won’t have to deal with those “noobs”. People like you are the cancer of every multiplayergame, making games worse for everybody involved and still having the audacity to complain.

Notice how he says “smurfs”? That implies he has/had multiple accounts. If you get banned on multiple accounts, then you shouldnt be on this game. If he isnt banned on multiple account, then he is still ruining games with his smurf. Most likely he isnt banned at all and just wants easy games because his own skill bracket is too hard.

It’s not a punishment. That would be like someone telling you on a forum to “shut up” and you not shutting up, and then someone coming in saying “hey, you need to shut up. Another person on the forum said for you to shut up.”

The joke they called a tutorial was yet another reason this game failed to attract new players.

Just played a few awful unranked, one had a Hammer go like 1-9 and die to Zerg swarms obj multiple times while feeding Butcher.

I said “Hammer you’ve GOTTA stop dying! You’re losing the game for us. The zerg won’t even hurt you if youre behind our walls! Run!!!” to which her husband, a Blaze who drafted Blaze after we already had Jo and enemy had only one tank (Blaze liked to facehug enemy forts and get easily killed during obj, about same KDR as Hammer too) told me to “shut the fudge up”. Ironically, he was dead at the time.

I mean there’s grasping the finer points a tutorial could offer, and there’s blatantly playing like you have severe brain damage.

A Hammer. Kept dying because she stayed in siege form. Regardless of what was about to/what was already beating on her. Zerg, player or otherwise. Died like that every time. With her husband, who loved to try and solo forts w/o minions as Blaze.

And that was only one of my matches tonight. I don’t even wanna talk about the “drafts”.

What is that even…?!?

Gave up on HotS tonight. Hard pass if these 3 games are representative of the “players” out there tonight.

It’s like people are thinking “well, that’s the way it is. Respawn and try again.” It’s like they think respawning is part of the game in that there was no other option but to die to the zerg wave. Trying ‘harder’ for these people means pressing the keys harder.
