i know many of you that actually enjoy using broken characters in games will come and say “you can easily kill her if you stunn her at the right moment”, i know she is able to die but thats not my point.
i mean, she has the same grab as sonya but 3 times longer to retreat, her other grab that spins arround you make a final stunn and she silence you for the duration and she is inmune to everything, she has a dot damage for stealth heroes, she can heal, has a pretty good HP, her ultimate is literally the same as falstad (falstad has 120 sec cooldown and you can see the spell path to dodge), but the mana cost is 45(hahaha) and the cooldown is 40 sec and you are almost not able to dodge, the ultimate gives you the damn damage on time (that is huge by the way) if im not wrong though.
she can have this mechanics and mobility starting at level 1, and this is the part that is most annoying to me, this should be progressive through the levels…
She’ll be nerfed, they’re letting gold spenders have their fun. Is waiting for the next incremental patch such a big deal? Just play drafted games or something for now.
Don’t worry, she will get nerfed because everyone is crying about her for the sake of crying. Then all we can say is congratulations playerbase, now we have another non hero with 40% winrate that needs a rework.
Valeera is an excellent counter to her. She can shut down qhira’s self sustain and escape when she dives somebody and has cloak if qhira tries to spin her.
Cleanses can also dump Qhira in the middle of your team If timed properly and completely annihilate her.
Additionally, she’s very weak to CC (no way to mitigate it and relies on abilities to stay alive), and she has mediocre pve. I’d say she’s pretty balanced.
That’s nothing. Murky has better HP regen than Johanna, better CC than Tracer, and a shorter respawn time than Diablo without 100 souls! If that weren’t enough, he can be invulnerable! He must be the most broken hero ever!
that wasnt a nerf, it was bug fix as you can read in the patch notes.
People who survived Sam and Genji on release understand true pain…….they are also the people who probably have 0 issues with this hero as well.
genji was pretty over at start, i didnt have much problems with them as i have with this new hero, as i already said, the worst part is that she already has everything starting at level 1, at least they should remove the hook and put the bleeding as trait (they could put the hook at level 20 as an escape), the ultimate should cost at least 80 mana to be fair, but thats my opinion comparing to other heroes, too much mobility.
They maybe listed as bug fixes but in essence they’re still nerfs. With these changes she’s much easier to deal with and can’t wipe an entire team on her own.
here’s the thing: she’s not broken. She really is not. She is about as busted Illidan or Kerrigan, maybe not even as good as them to be honest. She’s just new, and you’re not playing against her right. “She’s invincible!” Yeah stop trying to do things to her when she’s invincible, it’s really not happening very often and it’s very telegraphed what she’s going to do when she’s triggering the second part of the stun. Just blow her up then when she has no mobility and very little sustain.
Here is the frustrating thing: every hero that comes out has specific counterplays you need to perform to counterplay them. You need to stop attacking Illidan when Evasion is up, because you’re wasting your time and standing still. You need to stop walking away from Kerrigan in straight lines. You need to interrupt Mal’ganis out of his heroics, or spread out for Carrion Swarm, you need to not stand next to walls against Diablo, spread out against KT bombs, ETCETCETCETC.
What do you do against Qhira? You cleanse her E or you just nuke her when she finishes. That’s literally all you have to do. Have someone counterengage when her team tries to follow up on her diving in. Now can we get past “omg here is a list of their abilities – LOOK AT HOW OP IT IS IN THIS VACUUM! CAN YOU SEE HOW MY OUTRAGE JUSTIFIES MY ARGUMENT WITHOUT HAVING TO ACTUALLY CONSIDER ALTERNATIVES?”
