After logging into the game, I cannot select any hero or game mode. When I click hero select the entire screen is empty showing no heroes. I have a boost active, and it is not showing up nor is the store opening.

I have the same issue. I also think this started after applying a boost, but i have the same issue as you. I log in and nothing is loaded. No characters to choose, going to the store and its all blank. I also do not have any quests on first log in. If i let it sit long enough it will load my shards/gems and quests but nothing in the store or heroes to allow me to play. Hovering over the “ready” button says “your selected hero is not valid”. Need this fixed and a refund or extension of the boost that is expiring…
Update
I have a temporary work around. I create a custom game and fill it with AI bots. It lets me create this game. Quit the custom match, and when returning to the main screen i now have my heroes and can access the store. Still this is a rather annoying work around.
