Probius’ Photon Cannon tooltip states that it does ‘109 damage per second’ (at level 1), however with the Photon Cannon’s attack speed being reduced from 1 to 0.71 the tooltip is no longer correct.
The Photon Cannon has (level 1) 109 attack damage and 0.71 (1 with 40% attack speed buff) attack speed, it used to have 1 attack speed however the new update reduced it when out of the power field.
