So long that I forget I’m even in a queue because I’ve started to watch Netflix/booted up another game to play while waiting and then get jumpscared when the focus changes to the HoTS window.
Been like this since they allowed solo queue TL, why sit in HL queue waiting to die of natural causes when you can get a faster TL queue.

1st, 2nd year and 8 months it has always been less than 2 mins during day and less than 5 mins mid-night
Then 8 months ago it gradually went to 3 mins during day, till > 1200 secs during night.
And since the last change to TL where I moved to it’s now back to < 2 mins during day and < 5 mins during night.

And yet scrubs still cry about not being able to draft dodge without suffering a leaver penalty.

Only to get more drooling retard randoms to troll the match. HL is a waste of time unless you really want the end-of-season mounts.

Highest ive ever waited was 2000 seconds and i just closed HOTS and watched TV.
for TL or HL easily passes the 15min mark, and from then on waiting for any longer is a waste so I just play QM - who knows, maybe I could be sitting there for an hour on average if I had the time or patience, but that much wait for one game where I’ll probably get abused if we lose? No thanks bliz
Pretty sure I’d still rather see someone draft dodge and waste 5 min of my time in queue- than see someone afk/troll all game and waste another 20 min of my time plus lose me 200 points- which at a 55% win rate, takes 20 games or about 10 hours to earn back.

~600s and always end up in a rainbow match where everybody is looking to be carried, even GM. The gap in skills and knowledge are enormous. After a while, I realize it is a complete waste of time in HL. Rank means nothing where GM and Master play no difference than the fellow Bronze in the match. Most of them do not even know how to draft or ban. I do not understand why my rank is punished by these leeches, so I stop playing HL. I play mostly QM now since it is the fastest queue and I don’t feel any frustration about my teammates’ performance. I still like to play draft the most and TL is the best mode for it - better rewards, better draft, more population, and you don’t have to worry about Rank because everybody knows Rank in TL is a joke. However, TL is full of solo players so it is still a long queue time for solo players even there.

The depressing thing which you’ll enjoy as time goes along and the playerbase continues to decline…increased times, even from where you are now! Don’t believe me? Just…give it time!
