Please save me from this hell

You care wayyy too much about stats. 30% pickrate on a hero with very few games on a site with very little data.

What about yours?
You’re bringing 7 games in your argument.

I also said that i sacrificed a bird

Because Rocket Ride are feeder Junkers best friend. If they get ganked they can Rocket Ride themself to safety and if they are lucky get a kill with it too.

Its just a free card out of jail ult for trolls and feeders but if you can manage to make a combo out of it it can be as good as Riptire. Riptire is just a little bit better cause you dont remove yourself from the map and it has higher chance to hit someone.

Heroes with any kind of movement speed laughs at Riptire.

True, I pick this ult when I’m in a trolling mood.

Nothing funnier than picking this ult after harassing an enemy/enemies all game, then overextending, and then giving them the bird as I fly out lol. I’ll overextend and then right on queue, the few people who have been gunning for me all match come charging in, only for me to roll out. I laugh 10/10

The problem with rocket ride isn’t that it gets used. The problem is when exactly it gets used.
Most of the inexperienced Junkrat players use it right in the beginning of a team fight, dealing only mediocre damage without proper setup but and here is the catch they remove themselves from the team fight, leaving the team behind in a 4v5 situation. Even with the fast ride, it takes a couple of seconds to return from the hall of storms to the team.
Enough to get the rest of the team in serious trouble.
That’s why most players get mad, when they see a Junkrat in their team

So in other words it’s not a problem with this heroic per se, but bad player using it wrong?

There are other ults that are much worse for different reasons like Bunny hop, March of the black King, holy word: salvation, the hunt, rain of destruction, Drakken Laser Drill, Monstrosity, Longboat raid, Locust swarm, Dark conversion.

There’s nothing wrong with rocket ride, it even has higher winrate on average. It might not be that good for competitive, but it’s really decent choice for SL. Not to mention it can save a lot of ppl from bad positioning mistakes Xd.

Hunt is literally the default choice for illidan. Most of others are great choices too. Longboat raid is i’d say the only one on your list that would usually be a questionable choice, as it’s just weak numerically and doesn’t do anything special at all (although it’s ok choice for some1 who just keeps losing vikings (bad viking player) - would bring more value to tf than just going in and giving 3 resets to ming).

P.S. Did I get it right? Ppl think junkrat is a weak hero? Well that’s something new. o.O Junkrat is doing great in competitive and is not even a hard hero; so he’s not like genji or hanzo and would work well enough in hands of pretty much anyone. And you don’t even need to do that much damage as junkrat to be very useful (although how hard can it be to spam grenades from 2 kilometers?)… 2 traps on low cooldown bring a lot of cc/aoe control to the table and require not much thought to be used (well trap build is not the only way to play him, but it’s the most popular and also the easiest).

this is actually the other ult that falls exactly for the same reasons in the category as rocket ride.
It removes Illidan very successful from the battlefield and teamfights.
He hunts in 1v5 and dies.

Muradin doesn’t need a 100 second cooldown skill to do that. He jumps in and dies. You can do the same with pretty much any hero. You can even walk in and keep walking until you die. You don’t need a heroic to do bad plays. And if you want to get more fancy, you can throw in your healer as garrosh and then throw 2 tanks on your valla, then walk up to enemy tychus and say hello.

True. The issue of the Hunt is the same as with rocket ride.
The timing is the key to a success. If the Illidan player coordinates with his team. It can be used as a greate shot call for a specific target, the whole team can collapse on.
But in reality it looks rather different.
I personally cringe when I see an Illidan on my Team. Not with a Junkrat.
Even when a mediocre Junkrat player is playing. He is doing what Junkrat is best for. Creating as much Chaos as possible.

Well Illidan is one of the hardest melee assassins in the game. So of course random lvl15 illidan can’t play him well. They can though at least double soak and do camps - and in lower mmr games that would be enough to at least stay even until 1 teamfight goes your way.
A main tank maiev though (yes, that’s a thing with double support)… That can go a lot worse, if the player is not very good with maiev.

A potatoeTracer dying 6 times agains a Butcher! But of course, I am the potatoe… xD

Problem with you that really destroys your posts is that you make stuff up lol. Heroesprofile has ripture as better heroic at EVERY RANK

Rocket ride never was and is still not the better heroic. Its fine. Def not always a throw but no stats give it a higher winrate.
