Please rework kharazim.
I agree, there should be some interaction with his lvl13 spell armor talent, in particular.
Like, similar to a few of his other talents work, have it so that every 3rd hit reduces the cd. 30s for a melee hero is a VERY long time, especially for a hyper-agressive hero like Kharazim who relies heavily on staying in a fight landing aa to improve his healing capabilities. Pretty much every melee hero should have a way to have better control over their spell armor. Thrall, for example, gets cd reduction every time his trait gets triggered.
Ik some people are going to point out Utherās spell armor being similar. But Uther is not only a burst-healing monster, but also has easy access to armor already through his trait. While Kharazim on the other hand is fairly squishy and relies on a strong offense to create a strong defense.
Taking both with Insight was redundant, but one of them allowed you a 24/7 E, something you couldnāt have otherwise.
