Please fix long overdue alarak bugs

1. Alarak’s Rak’shir on Dva mecha kill doesn’t grants stack but instead moves to pilot D.va, it should be granting sadism stack as kill sadism stack gets granted upon D.va mecha kills.

2. Alarak’s Shadow of Force talent is buggy and doesn’t grant a stack if your third skill hit has enough damage to kill enemy.

3. Alarak’s Counterstrike Doesn’t sends it’s damage wave if he’s damaged on last 1~2 ticks, despite it’s visual becomes red and clearly indicates that it’s triggered.

Alarak Counterstrike

Since we’re fixing bugs again I’d like to report the old bug of Alarak’s Counterstrike not dealing damage if he only takes damage in the last ~1/8th of a second of his strike. I have seen counterstrike literally block a pyroblast but since the timing was slightly off it didn’t give the damage cone even though Alarak plays the laugh sound cue and the damage cone turns red.
