its no secret, valve stoled dota2, so why can’t blizzard mirror the map like Dota.i mean exactly but just name it Diablo’s gate or something.

Why should they do it? If you want to play a dota-like Moba, you have a wide variation of games to choose from. There is no need for another dota clone/map.
You know what, if you took most three lane maps and turned them just-so, you’d basically have the layout of the LoL/DotA map.

There was a legal issue about this and it was solved.
Valve didn’t stole anything, since Dota is NOT a blizzard game, it was a custom Warcraft3 map. The ppl who made the custom map got a job offer (from Valve and Riot).
Dota2 is an alternative version of the WC3 custom map, thats why some chars look like WC3 chars.
Legal issue was cased, it was solved, case closed 
PS: Blizz doesn’t have to steal anything, the developement team is talented enough to make their own unique maps

Step 1: get a 2nd monitor.
Step 2: screen-grab the minimal with an external program and display it on the second monitor.
Step 3: rotate the second monitor 45 degrees.
Step 4: play on cursed hollow
You’ve now essentially for the DotA map.
(Obviously it isn’t perfect, but this is the closest you’ll get. Blizzard isn’t going to make a non-mirrored map, because with how camps function in HotS v. jungles in other games, it doesn’t work in a balanced fashion without being symmetrical).
More like the opposite. DOTA was map originally made in WC3 and later made into DOTA 2 as separate game. Blizzard tried to claim DOTA as their own to point HoTS was originally called “Blizzard DOTA”. Valve took them to court over it and won which is why name had to be changed. This is also why Blizzard added the absolute scum user agreement to WC3 reforged. According to that all maps done on it will be intellectual property of Blizzard as they feared they would miss out on another huge opportunity. Only they didn’t realize it would mean nobody wants to make maps to the game as result

Because they don’t want to.
And it’s not like you’d get to chose to play on that map when you want.
It is interesting to make a map with a similar theme, including two living and dead forests and a river between them. But Dota’ s map should not be used.
