Playing Storm League and being kicked out of party

After joining a friend in Storm League as a team member, I do not follow the match making and I’m not any longer part of the party when the team selection area pops up. I am just left at the ready searching for Storm league match screen. This have happened two times in the last couple of days now. My team-mate whispers back that I am not part of the team any more. But when I quit Heroes of the Storm I get a penalty for leaving ranked game and have to play another type of game to re-join ranked.

Him i get also some bug in this way. At the 3 bann i was kicked out into the skin of an quickmatch. Then i only saw the enemy team and cant pick some char. After a while the game starts and i get Leoric… why? This pick was useless and nobody understand my problem, game was lost …
