Persistent micro-stuttering

  1. The game has noticeable micro-stuttering or uneven frame pacing from the moment gameplay begins.

  2. The game is still playable, but the repeated small frame skips are distracting and make the motion feel less smooth than it should.

  3. If I Alt-Tab out of the game and return, the game runs smoothly for approximately two seconds.

  4. After those two seconds, the same micro-stuttering returns and continues.

  5. This happens consistently in both Fullscreen and Windowed Fullscreen/Borderless modes.

  6. I tested the game again after not playing for several days, but the issue remains unchanged.

    **I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the issue still persists.
