ohmagawwwdddd lets see what they say

notable changes:

  • Blade of the Highlord now applies permanent 2% sadism buff up to 30% lost on death
  • Way of the Wind critical strikes 1.5s cdr on wind walk
  • Way of the Blade applies -10 phys armor on critical strikes
  • Leash range increase on raynor’s raider
  • Zag 7 tier buffs, 6xQ also adds 20% damage, slowing Q duration to 2.5s and 25% from 20%, bile drop quest dropped to 12 from1 5
  • Eye of Horus 45–>60s cd
  • Li Li numbers nerfs
  • Whitemane AA made slower but heavier-hitting to have better zeal interaction. 0.75–>0.85 rate, 45–>60 dmg
  • You’re just gonna have to read about chogall
  • Diablo abilities with 12s CDs: they have 13s CDs now
  • Rexxar: Health buffed 1725–>1810, AA 99–>125, Misha AA 62–>50, Charge 59–>150, Beastial Wrath 150%–>200%
    W talents at 7/13 about cdr/damage nerfed to compensate. 1.25s–>1s cdr, 40% per stack to 15%
  • Sonya Giant Slammer heals for damage dealt
  • Null Gate range increased
  • Tychus Bob ‘n’ Weave also increases his AA range by 1.5 (more than it was trimmed by 2 years ago!)

Bugs that probably still aren’t fixed: Samuro can instant mount, D.va still can’t ping her Self Destruct timer with its status

guys Azmo has trample on a 20s cd now

and devs have sworn that they will incentivize the picking of Aether Walker in ways that we haven’t yet seen, starting with a 10% damage bonus on Magic Missiles casts following a teleport. hmmmmmm

the takeaway is that samuro’s waveclear build was buffed

Tyrael changes are making my bruiser AA build OPAF.

The Ardent Restoration buff will do nothing though as Justice for All will always be too good to be skipped (unless the team is really spread but Tyrael will always need to shield some1)
