Orphea not unlocked

Despite getting the Blizzcon ticket on this account, I still do not have Orphea unlocked on live. Is she still locked for anyone else?

I closed the game and when entered again get the hero has a gift

I’m also in this situation.
Restarted the game three times now, still no gift or anything pending.

I have the razorgrin items too, so the game knows I have the ticket…

When you enter Hots just let it sit at the Home screen (tri-blade Hots logo) for several minutes.

And anything listed under BattleTag -> VIew Gifts on the Blizzard launcher? Sorry, just tossing out ideas, not sure how they actually get out.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve restarted a few times and still nothing :frowning:

Nah, I checked the notifications tab and the gift section, it isn’t anywhere.
I’ve also tried completing a game, logging out and back into hots, and out and back into bnet to make sure it wasn’t something trivial, but still no luck.

I assumed they would just gift it to us in the game or something but I have no idea what’s going on now since most people have it but some others don’t.

Update: I contacted blizzard support and the rep told me to reset my password; it apparently forced my account to update. I was force-logged out of my bnet, so I logged back in with the new password, restarted bnet, and logged into HotS.

When I logged back into the game, I was greeted with a pending gift that turned into the hero Orphea :smiley:

Indeed! This appears to be related to a caching issue for your account and a PW reset should take care of anyone facing the problem.

i reset my password 2 times and i still dont have orphea, anything else i should try? also i cant change my avatar soo im stuck with the HOTS logo…

lol yes 4 tickets… not my first BLIZZCON rodeo… i have the speeder bike from like 3 years ago… what about my friends? i only submitted my email for all tickets, can they get ORPHEA too?

Hello, I have the same issue as Ryuk. I have bought the virtual ticket and I have also reset my password, relogged, completed a game. Still no sign of Orphea.
