Did they just put pool party up on the front page. I know so many players that loved that mode. This is so mean. And like someone else said summer is ending unless this is a hint they are bring pool party back?

Perhaps the choice of wallpaper is a nod to global warming? It does feel like a bit of a tease for those who loved Pull Party, eh, at least they keep rotating items available in the shop.
The patch did direct me to the Blizzard Privacy World, which was cute, as I needed a good laugh.

Probably because it’s relevant to summer despite the fact which mini game it implies.

Since "Pull Party’ was apart of the ‘Sun’s Out, Gun’s Out’ event, whatever staff is left on maintenance might not make the distinction between the brawl splash page, and just rotating available assets with the game’s seasonal change.

It’s like one of those flowery, over the top campground fliers that used to be passed out back in the day. Or meetings on the first day where counselors enthuastically talk to everyone about what lies in store for them.

Nah, it’s cause they read the forums but only implement the worst ideas, like Medivh Portal change or ASAM implementation
I reject your reality and replace it with my own! 
But yeah That sounds more like it …still in the back of my mind they are just messing with some people who are going to get a kick out of it when they first see it.

I think pool arty was only fun for the first couple times. Escape from Braxis and the king of the hill brawls were the best ones imo.

I feel the same about Escape from Braxis. I can understand why it’s popular, and why other people might like it. But especially for the type of game that HOTS is, the degree in which people hyped a PvE brawl was just so weird to me.
After you’ve beaten it, it’s just so incredibly boring to do the same thing again. The thing I love about pvp is the way that each game can go so differently where not only your allies change but the enemies do too.
Pull Party, I wouldn’t want to play over and over, but every time it came back into the rotation, I’d always crack a smile during the games. Just seeing a fat blob trying to run away from a hook and then getting one is just so silly. After the three games to complete the quest, I was satisfied. With Escape From Braxis, I’d be like oh this again…
