Nuclear Strike
Cooldown: 4 minutes. Starts on cooldown
Channel for 4 seconds to highlight an area. After 6 more seconds, a nuke is dropped dealing 925 damage to structures and 525 damage to non structures in a huge area.
Taking damage will delay the cast. Potentially indefinitely if its enough damage.
Goes on a 30 second cooldown if canceled. (By nova or enemy)

40 Mana Cooldown: 8 seconds
Deals 320 damage to the first enemy hit.
Passive: gain a stack of Perfect Shot each time Snipe hits a hero. Each stack reduces the cooldown of snipe by 1 second when it hits a hero or Decoy. Stacking 5 times.
Lose 3 stacks each time snipe fails to hit an enemy.
(Cooldown and damage increased, mana cost reduced, new pasaive component)

Deal 100 damage to an enemy and Slow them by 40% for 2.25 seconds.
Pinning shots cooldown recharges 35% faster while in stealth.

Its the same except hitting the clone with snipe causes it to explode, dealing 220 damage to nearby enemies.

Precision Strike
Cooldown: 60 seconds
After a 1.5 second delay, deals 295 damage to enemies within an area. Enemies in the center take 456 damage instead. Unlimited range.

Kill shot
Cooldown: 45 sec
Lock in to the target hero for .75 seconds, then fire a single shot that hits the first hero or structure it comes in contact with dealing 175 damage. Deals 100% more damage to enemies under 50% health.
Has 2 charges.
But Y tho?
Alotta changes here. Nova has a couple of glaring issues. Her first of which being her lack of aoe but also her fairly repetitive gameplay. For the most part, all nova does all game is repeatedly burst people from range, often in the same way every time. Theres not a whole lot of cleverness or thought that goes in to using her kit. Most of this is addressed in talents but there are a couple of baseline changes that could help here.
Starting with the nuke. Its essentially a really slow Rain of destruction that youll get 3 or 4 of in a game. When and where to use these things will become an important decision throughout a game.
Next is the baseline psudo explosive shot attached to all of Nova’s decoys. When to keep clones alive or when to sac them in the name of aoe will be an actual decision that should come up regularly.
As for the other changes.
Snipe gains cooldown reduction instead of damage so an inaccurate nova can at least still do her burst instead of being completly useless.
Pinning shot just gets a bit of spicing up for some minor decision making.
Precision strike is being pusher more towards a CC fallow up ability rather then being a Lava wave lite.
Triple Tap gets a complete rework. I’ve always felt that triple tap was to big of an ability for its own good if you know what I mean. A 100 second cooldown for something that really only exists to secure kills sometimes and suprising people in a 1v1 sometimes.
The ability has been downsized dramatically and put on a charge system. In theroy, this should make it feel like a meme ult.

Level 1
Smart Decoy
Nova’s decoys can be controlled directly and uses their abilites when Nova does.
Covert ops
After being in stealth for 4 seconds, Nova’s basic attack and all ofher abilities gain 10% range while stealthed and for 1 second after.
Simple shot
Snipe deals 100% increased damage to non hero, non structure enemies.
But Y tho?
Controllable clones, yay.
Bribe has been replaced by an arguably lamer talent. Mostly beacuse of how much nova interacts with minions has changed. Hopefully with all the other new stuff, you shouldn’t need bribe to feel usefull.
Level 4
Espionage
Reduce the cooldown of ghost protocol by 30 seconds and Holo Decoy by 6 seconds.
Holo Stability
Increase the cast range of Holo Decoy by 100%, its duration by 120%, and decoys now only tale 1/3rd damage.
Ionic Force Field
Gain 50 Armor while stealthed and 15 armor for 3 seconds after leaving steath.
Level 7
Coordinated strike
Enemies hit by pinning shot are marked. Marked enemies hit by Nova’s allies or Nova’s Holo Decoys consume the mark and take 166 damage, consuming the mark.
Perfect shot
Quest!
Hitting heroes with snipe while at 5 stacks permanently increases snipes damage by 4.
Passive: while under 3 stacks, gain 1 stack of snipe every 20 seconds.
Opening shot
Snipe deals 25% increased damage for 1 second after leaving stealth.
But Y tho?
Coordinated Strike is the beginning of a new build where you help an ally get a kill rather then you doing so directly.
Also lets pretend Perfect shot is balanced.
Level 13
Long shot
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Activate to enter an aiming stance over .75 seconds and reset the cooldown of snipe. While in this stance, Nova’s next snipe has 40% increased range and pierces up to 2 times. Deals up to 25% more damage to enemies further away.
Nova cant move during Long shot and casting snipe makes you leave the stance.
Lockdown
Snipping an enemy while they are slowed by pinning shot increases the slow to 80% and sets its duration to 1.5 seconds.
Anti-Armor Shells
Nova’s Basic Attacks deal 250% damage and decrease the Physical Armor of Heroic targets by 15 for 3 seconds, but her Attack Speed is proportionally slower.
But Y tho?
Anti-armor shells have been moved so that it can be taken along side Coordinated Strike and Lockdown as part of a “support” build that aims to give Nova psudo Tyrande playstyle.

Explosive shot
The explosion radius of sniping a Decoy is increased by 60% and damage by 15%. Additionally While at max stacks, snipes against non decoys also deals 70% damage to enemies near the impact.
Double tap
Pinning shot gains an extra charge. Additionally, After using an Ability, Nova’s next Basic Attack within 3 seconds deals 20% additional damage.
Apollo Suit
If nova uncloaks her self, reduce the cooldown of Permanent Cloak by 2 seconds. (No cooldown reduction if an enemy uncloaks nova)
But Y tho?
Double tap combined with the talent that sucks unless you combine it with double tap.
Level 20
Triple Tap
Nova’s decoys now casts a Kill Shot that deal half damage when you do.
passive: Kill Shot gains an extra charge.
Precision Barrage
Precision Strike gains a 2nd charge and its cooldown is reduced by 30 seconds.
Lethal Decoy
Nova’s decoys now deal 40% of her damage and Holo Decoy gains an extra charge.
Dominion arsenal
The cooldown of Nuclar strike ia reduced to 60 seconds. Additionally, Nuclar strike deals 300% more damage to heroes hit by its center. (Its a small area)
