Not able to buy gems

I have a problem that seems to have been a bug before:

Can't Purchase Gems

When I got into the menu to purchase gems, it lets me pick an amount of gems, but then gets stuck endlessly loading. I’ve let it attempt to load for around an hour now and it refuses to load the payment screen. Why is there no option to purchase gems from the blizz launcher store?

As in the ticket above i can see the diffrent gem options but when i click it just loads and nothing happends.

Things i have tried:
-All the diffrent Display options, but same issue in all of them. (Also other things such as VS & AA but same issue. )

-I have tried navigating to the gem shop both through a skin and also by just clicking the gem button in the top right, but same issue.

-I have tried by pressing all the gem options but same issue.

-I have used this service before if i remember correctly.

-I dont remember if auth is needed for this but i checked my app and nothing was asking for authentication.

-I turned of Discord to see if the overlay for some reason messed with it but same issue.

-I tried switching from Europe to Americas but same issue.

-Tried clearing the cache in the Heroes of the storm/support/cache folder, same issue.

-In my logs folder i have logs from 2019-05-13 17:43 -17:43 but nothing else from 2020.

I’m having the issue as well. Loading circle running, but nothing ever loads. Have been having this issue last month as well, but then it worked suddenly, now it doesn’t again.

I only tried changing screen mode, but same issue in all of them.
