so yesterday i was playing mephisto for the loot chest as he was close to leveling up. before the game ended however, I had a disconnect before the game ended and when I logged back in the hero was leveled up, but I did not have a loot chest in my collection…is this a bug or just a scetchy way of removing free content in order to try and make people spend currency on loot boxes, which they then will be missing for hero releases and thus making it more likely that people will have to pay real money if they want access to the content?
any updates on this please?
