CAn you please please please add a fucntion to the game that if I have reported you or blocked you I no longer will que with you. I dont care if it eventually means I can que with anyone I am so tired or the trolls and losers.
Love the game but hate how it requires 5 people who actually want to play to win

That will quickly be abused. And it would become even worse in Master/GM games where only a handfull of players are.

Pattern recognition suggests waiting to queue, but complaining has that special emotional value

They’ve stated in the past that they will never use such a system again, because they did and players just abused it to avoid playing against people better than them.

We currently have a function that allows you to troll them back though; it’s called, ‘fake playing’. Don’t go to objectives, miss more spells than usual, be the first to back from a teamfight, even at full hp, if things seem to go badly.
For some reason, the ‘trolls and losers’ start malding when they encounter people playing like them. It’s hillarious.
You won’t even care about wins or losses once you start having fun.

You can /whisper someone (you don’t to actually say anything) to check their current status. Wait for the player you want to avoid to be in a game, offline, or sitting in the menu not queuing before queuing for your next game. That way you can avoid playing with them again.

The concept of fun simply doesn’t exist much anymore in the normie mind. It would take many iterations for them to understand. Years ago games were made to be fun, now people have been successfully conditioned to prefer garbage lol

Either that, or: the normie never played for fun. The normie was against gaming when gaming was for fun and not mainstream; when gaming gained some money for marketing and popularity, the normie became ‘gamer’ and brought its propensity for conformity (check: Asch conformity experiment), rewarding whatever game appeared popular (keyword: appeared). The normie never looked for fun; the normie can’t have fun. All of normie’s energy is invested in staying a normie. The market reacted to it; making a game ‘fun’ was high effort negative reward (the normie actively hates games that are different from its previous experience, always complaining about learning curves), so the biggest game development companies (now corporations) abandoned fun for monetary gain.
Now it’s the companies that aren’t successful/ can’t afford to create the image of success, that still try to sell fun games: mostly indie, single player and PVE game devs.

Alright I’ll yield to your solid effort post, now I’m thinking about the Milgram experiment
I got a better idea: HOW ABOUT BLIZZARD GETS UP OFF THEIR LAZY A$$ AND ACTUALLY BAN THE GRIEFERS/TROLLS/FEEDERS/AFKERS/NON-PARTICIPATING PLAYERS!

We’ve listened to community’s feedback, and will remove another 10 heroes from aram. We’re also buffing samuro’s heals to 50% hp/sec during wind walk, and reducing zul max stacks to 5. We’ve noticed nazeebo is popular, and are happy, but he’s still a little too strong for our taste; we’ll reduce nazeebo q damage by 0,05%.
Thanks for helping us make the game better!

Or the normie players quit when games stopped being fun and all that’s left are the cry babies and sadists screaming into the wind.
yes this is a good idea if only it angers the divine commune and inspires their action

Interesting theory. Why did the normie stop having fun in hots when there was no more HGC or professional e sports scene?

If the majority of responses in this thread is any indication, it would seem you’re, correctly, correct.
