To be fair i don’t think i would be able to think straight with ultra tight underwear.
Only thing comparable may be trying to do some running with ultra loose underwear.

Breathable underwear is nice. It’s usually comfortable, but it won’t likely keep you super cool in a hot environment. It might take the edge off, though.

Gildan work pretty well.
I wear boxers. I like that freedom of space there and it improves my apm for hots for some reason. Perhaps improved blood circulation from there to the brain and more focus. More scientific studies and trials needed though so it’s not a placebo. So far, so good and I got a good feeling about it though. It seems consistent with me.
Mesh underwear. It’s like going commando but you still got control.
I might have to try that one. If the difference between yours and mine is alone enough to dodge Ming’s balls, then I’ll take it.
