Damn Li-Ming is that bad? Most of my favorite heroes are trash according to you lol.
I have 1200 Li Ming games. She is in a bad place. Her scaling is at 3%, instead of 4% like Jaina and KT (not sure why this hasn’t been reverted). Her entire kit is 100% reliant on a “clean-up” hero played by a teammate to get work done. Ming’s kit generally speaking does about 60-70% of most assassin’s health pools if you hit all 5 missiles + medium range orb + calamity.
She isn’t brutal brutal. She just under performs. She has had a 45-47% win rate for over a year now. That’s not really a fluke.
Fenix and raynor should be A list. Just no way.
I respect your opinion. However, having Kerrigan and Genji in my A+ tier makes heroes like Raynor and Fenix who are weak to dive worse. If I felt Kerrigan and Genji were worse heroes, I would move immobile heroes like Raynor and Fenix up to compensate.
Thanks dude, now i know i have a lot of issue with Tyrande and not that hero is the bad. I can move on … After i saw you put Chogall to E tier, I thought that’s the best tier here, but no. After i saw you put Probius to D tier, I realized we are deffinetly different players, with different playing style.
That’s the entire point of the post. Tier lists are highly opinionated. I even made a point of saying that it would spark angry discussion. What I think isn’t universal. If it was, everyone would main the same 3 heroes and the other 79 would see zero play. Preferences play a big part in tier lists. Mine is both a combination of my opinion, stats from third party sites, and also my experiences in Master league over the course of 3 years. ’
Probius D tier ??

This little probe of ultimate friendlyness is often underestimated. Getting top game damage or top siege isnt rare to see on a good probius. Hes just really toughbto play well and many people just gives up trying.
Fantastically niche heroes that 0.01% of the population plays well are not really worth putting in A tier. I’ve seen FANTASTIC Gazlowe players who literally put the team on their back… even in Master tier. That doesn’t automatically make Gazlowe A+ tier.
I’m a great Ming player, and not a good Samuro player. However, that doesn’t make Ming better than Sam simply because I am better at her than Sam.
I’d move Garrosh up a tier. Yes, you CAN escape his throw if you have a mobility spell, but you’re still likely to take an assload of damage from his team, assuming he doesn’t manage to pull off a throw -> stun combo.
Add Indomitable giving him a way to beat one of the game’s ‘universal counters’, Hard CC, and in competent hands he’s a terror.
He’s one of the heroes on this list I actually second and third guessed myself. I moved him up, then back down. I think he’s a great tank, he is just SLIGHTLY worse against burst… and with Diablo/Tyrande/Kerrigan being such strong heroes, their CC and burst capabilities hurt Garrosh a bit. I do think he could easily bump up a tier and wouldn’t be wrong.
You behave as though you’re from a less… advanced civilization. However if your stupidity doesn’t kill you, my blades will since you’re no match for the blades of a Templar.
Always appreciate a good Artanis player. C tier really isn’t bad. Consider that A tier is great. B tier is good. C tier is okay. D tier is weaker. E tier is bad.
Artanis has his place. He’s really good on BoE and maps where boss racing is a thing. He’s also a great jungler. Just don’t think he is “all around good”. He’s also not all around weak. Sorta in the middle. Hense C tier
ming is not in the basement… she is not super top tier but I would say she is in the mid at least.
Again, I have 1200 games on her. She’s worse now than she’s been since release. It’s not 100% her fault, she doesn’t do great against the top-brass of heroes right now, either. But her scaling needs to go back to 4%. They made it 3% back when she had Ess of Johan. They never reverted it, despite nerfing her structure damage, the area her orb interacts with, and making her calamity not do minion damage. She’s very much a “The tank CCs someone, I do 90% of the damage and Zeratul kills them”. Why not just pick KT or Jaina who CAN reliably provide the same burst potential, without minions/summons potentially blocking the damage.
If you’re actually masters and this is actually your best attempt at a tier list then this is why people can’t take this game’s matchmaking seriously at all.
Did you actually just say that Nova is better than Li Ming, Rag, and Malthael?
I’m sorry I don’t mean to flame, (well maybe I do just a tiny bit), but this is a total disaster of a list.
Nova, when drafted in the proper spot, is more influential than Malth and Rag. Yes. You’re entitled to your opinion.
I really hope ppl won’t get over this.
Lunara is an A+ grade char, but only a hand full of players actually knows it.
Again, this notion of “Some people are AMAZING at this hero… So she’s S tier” is done to death.
That’s the whole point of this thread. Everyone likes different heroes. Everyone thinks the heroes they like are A or S tier… Why? Because they play them the most, have gotten the best at them out of the hero pool, and thus they think they are better than heroes they haven’t practiced as much.

I actually think for the most part the hero pool is well balanced right now. There are outliers… but that’s why most of the heroes I picked are B and C tier, because those are “good” and “okay”. Very few E tier and very few S tier, which are noticeable “problem children” that need huge adjustments.
