I thought you used a tierlist creator site 
No Quira, Deafwing or Mei on those sites so I just did it myself.
I just added a link with the archive but you need certain programs to open it and edit it thought.

(no photo post yet) that about tier list : S tier I have Alarak team. A tier have Artanis team. B tier have Tassadar team. C tier perhaps that more heroes is looking good. D tier have Medivh & TLV.
