My account has been reset, level 700 + with all heros

Hello i really need help i just logged in and all my purchased hero’s are completely GONE and the game made me do a beginner tutorial and give me Jaina as a free hero, to my horror everything is missing, and my account is set to as if i have never logged in, please help as i do not even know what to do

What is your server set to? You may have accidentally logged in to a different region. Or the hots servers could be buggin out

I play on Europe and the server is set on europe, i am really worried and not sure what to do to even fix this, ive never seen an error like this on forums before

Open a ticket w blizz support. I think that might be your only option in that case

It could also be your bnet account isn’t properly syncing w the server. Do you have any firewall stuff or perhaps a connection issue w machine or internet. Your bnet app might b due for an updat

I’ve had this happen a few times. Usually closing out bnet entirely, and logging back will fix it.

The only time this ever happened to me is when I accidentally logged into my smurf account and didn’t notice lol.

oh this happened to me before too i closed the game and bnet and re-opened and that fixed it for me

lol how are we supposed to help u…
did u check if u logged into the right region?
if u by a hero on eu server, u dont get it in us server, u have to buy it on us server too…

There is 0% chance Blizz wiped your account.

Either you logged on the wrong server or relaunching the client will show all the heroes and levels properly.

I’m EU as well but if the authentication fails, sometimes I end up at the logging screen where the default region is NA and the first time this happened to me I logged into NA where I had nothing.

Probably something similar happened here or what others mentioned that the server has a stream problem and can’t sync to your profile correctly.

Wrong server or erong log in. Also make aure you did not launch the pbe

Thanks for the replies everyone. it was some authentication error that happened (and scared the pants off me) basically the game thought i had 2 accounts then had to reload battlenet about 5 times until it realised i have an actual account >< which was strange since it used my battletag and everything (inc region) which i am on, hence the heart attack xd
