As far as I have heard so do they tend to create voicelines in case they might need it, since it’s much easier to do it all once rather than call in the voice actors every time they make a new hero.

That would be the biggest reveal of all time. Brightwing transforming herself into the destroyer of worlds but still run around with a knife to kill people and eat them.
