Nope, that was the Fenix Live release patch, there’s no changes for Hammer during that time.

Also the same one where Varian’s Level 4 and 10 got swapped.

That is the most random thing that I actually remember. They buffed her baseline stats and nerfed her abilities, which actually made her stronger because it addressed her biggest weakness.
